For all I knew it could have needed a new transmission but Bill Gallagher did not try and sell me a new tranny when in fact all it needed was in fact an additive added to the fluid to help with the overdrive (a known Ford/Merc. problem.) They now service everything from my '96 Jeep Cherokee to the MB. They actually repair things instead of rip and replace.
